Order Tracking

International Customs Rules (UK & France)
Customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs tax and clearance fees for orders shipped to UK and France. We take no liability for delivery delays caused by customs inspection.
Undeliverable Returned Packages
If parcels get returned due to wrong recipient address, delivery refusal or unclaimed pickup, all reshipping cost shall be borne by customers. We will not compensate losses from incorrect information provided by buyers.
Lost & Damaged Goods
