Refund policy
Return Eligibility
You can apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your items. All returned goods must be unused, unwashed, complete with original packaging, tags and matching accessories. Custom personalized goods, clearance final-sale items and personal hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Application Process
- Send an email to our support with your order number and return reason to get return authorization.
- We review your request and send official return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
- Do NOT send items back without our pre-approved permission.
Refund Regulation
After we receive and inspect returned merchandise, refunds will be transferred back to your original payment account within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable; return shipping expense is on customer unless returns are caused by our mistakes (defective goods or wrong item delivery).
